Apple
It is one of the most widely cultivated fruits of autumn. Apples can be eaten fresh, can be made jams , may be used in confectionery, can be made juices. The apple is low in calories and is suitable for dieters. It is also a good source of fiber, especially when eaten with the peel. Its consumption helps with digestion and fat burning, stimulates the muscular and nervous system, prevents tooth decay, regulates beneficially the blood pressure, blood glucose and the appetite.
