VENUS was established in 1964. |

It began as a farmer producers cooperation distributing fruits and vegetables (especially peaches) in both inland and abroad. In 1968 the Agricultural Cooperative of Veria was formed under the name “VENUS” constituted of 800 members. |

In 1992 Venus understanding the needs and the potentials of the worldwide market, moves towards fruit processed production by initializing its canning factory in the town of Veria. |

In 1998 Venus expands by buying the canning factory of E.VI.CON. S.A. located at the city of Alexandria. An enormous investment that allows the production capacity to be doubled. |

From 1998 - 2004 Venus enters a new era by introducing automation in most parts of the production and shipping. Builds new warehouses and upgrades its technologies according to European standards. |
